Demons are manipulative spirits with negative influence on man and his world. In the bible we had dumb people who were dumb not because they don't av the ability of speech but because they were manipulated by demons.
A mans business could be going pretty bad and the real problem won't be his workers but rather just a demon on assignment.
What about that sick child upon whom you have tried many drugs
What about your university degree stuck somewhere
What about the person that just keeps failing examinations and tests.
Maybe the problem is not IQ, maybe the problem is not that ure in a bad hospital, maybe the problem is not that ur product is inferior, maybe its just a demon on assignment.

When you cast out demons in the name of Jesus, they immediately come face to face with God the Father, the son and all the armies of heaven. They can not resist that.
They must obey.
Use the name as it is.. There is power in you, call it out. You need to silence all demonic activities around u and in your business. You have what it takes.
