How does that even help?

pacing is one of the common ways everyone deals with stress. Some people sink their heads and begin to worry when they feel distressed. The truth of the matter is that prayer works better than anything the counselor and physician or psychologist asks you to do.


If we really want to talk about worrying, my first query will be how does that even help? Even the bible says the same thing by asking....

What problems have worrying solved for you, when you got worried that you were short, did that by one inch help you grow taller?

Why worry.... A common Christian magazine talk in the 80's... Often asks us to pray rather than worry. I'd take that advise seriously any day...
