his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly. psalm 85:8In the verse above God had not spoken but David was sure He will speak peace.
Some people know the mind of God.
some people can predict His intentions and knowing God to this level did is not by sudden flight, it took more than a day's job for David to get that high.
David had been seen in earlier books of the bible praising God and dancing as drunk, he had been seen as the obedient shepherd boy that took God's personality with faith, the loyal servant of His father and the savior of his tribe who defeated Goliath of gath by the power of God.
you need to do exploits for God, you need to praise God, you need to spend time with God, you need to wait on God, before you can attain certain heights like predicting God.
start small, learn his laws, His do(s) and don't(s), read His words, know His promises, know His emotions, Know his reactions study his behavior and attributes, understand His thoughts and then u can foresee His intentions... God does nothing unless he reveals it to his friends.
